Utilizing contemplative practices and dynamic mind-body techniques for well-being can replenish both patients and caregivers. In this half-day wellness workshop we will focus on practical tools and techniques to help you boost immune function, override fear and negativity and enhance your quality of life.
Discover tools and techniques that will help you to:
- Override fear and negativity
- Heal deep seated patterns of trauma, grief, guilt and shame
- Increase resiliency and cultivate a recovery mindset
Whether you have just been diagnosed, in treatment or in remission, you can learn how to mobilize your mind to engage with and influences your body for improved outcome. Taking back control, you can help support your body as it fight against and recover from cancer, as well as maintain the quality of lifestyle you desire.
HALF DAY WORKSHOP: Saturday, May 7 from 9AM – 3PM.
LOCATION: 22 Mount Auburn Street (Skylight Studio).
Arrival: Please arrive around 8:45am to get settled before we start promptly at 9am.
WHAT TO BRING & LUNCH: Bottled water, pen/pad for taking notes. Lunch break is 45 minutes. Bring your own lunch or take advantage of the numerous lunch venues close by in Watertown Square.
