This four-week innovative workshop by Avinoam Lerner is designed to help companies and organizations offer Employees Wellness Programs. This program introduces participants to effective and easy-to-learn techniques to cope with daily turmoil and improve focus, creativity, and productivity.

P.S. – As you get ready to begin this class, you may feel excited, or you may feel nervous and skeptical. Both are perfectly natural. Whether you have already tried meditating in the past, or this is your first attempt at this approach to self-care, I invite you to keep an open mind. You have everything to gain and nothing to lose.

Employees Wellness Programs

Employees are looking for programs that help them make better everyday choices. This requires consistency and health education. Some employees may already be devoted to fitness classes, but others are uncertain about activities and lifestyle changes that can benefit them. Wellness offerings such as in this program can help the latter group make significant strides.

Total Well-Being

Addressing well-being is not limited to working out and eating healthy. Wellness initiatives should impact the eight pillars of total well-being: physical, social, emotional, occupational, financial, spiritual, intellectual, and environmental.

While yoga and chair massage sessions certainly have their place in a wellness program, it’s not all-encompassing. A more well-rounded approach would include offerings like:

  • Stress management & resilience training to support mental and behavioral health
  • Personal finance workshops/webinars to help employees plan for the future
  • Company support to volunteer, mentor, etc., to lower stress and depression and increase brain function
