While the core principles are still valid, illnesses like cancer require a deeper understanding of what you are going through and what you need to heal.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a safe and easy-to-learn self-help technique that can help you transform your experience from negative and stressful to comfort and quality of life.
The EFT technique combines a gentle touch with mindful attention to thoughts and feelings. It’s a form of “emotional acupuncture” or “mindful acupressure” that stimulates traditional Chinese acupuncture points. However, EFT uses gentle tapping on these points instead of needles, as in acupuncture. Doing so facilitates the release of disrupting emotions that may burden our hearts and rob us of vitality. Once released, we become more resilient and able to cope with the challenges at hand.
It is now a scientific fact that our body, mind, and emotions are intimately connected. When we apply EFT to core emotional issues and topics that aggravate and resolve them, we experience relief.
