First, it lets you take part in your healing journey. Then it will help you cope with debilitating fear, anxiety, guilt, blame, grief, and shame, as well as physical discomfort & treatment side effects.

Last but not least, it will empower you to cultivate hope and maintain a positive mindset during and after treatment.

EFT is easy to learn and effective.

I am now offering EFT sessions for Cancer patients online.

This is a unique opportunity for anyone to learn this technique and heal in the comfort of their home. EFT for Cancer sessions takes place online. We interact face-to-face as if you were right here in my office. This service is the right solution for you if you live far away or have limited mobility.

In this series of three sessions, you will learn the ABCs of the Emotional Freedom Technique for Cancer and its application. EFT for cancer is different from EFT for behavior modification or addictions. While the core principles are still valid, illnesses like cancer require a deeper understanding of what you are going through and what you need to heal.

EFT for Cancer Wellness

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a safe and easy-to-learn self-help technique that can help you transform your experience from negative and stressful to comfort and quality of life.

The EFT technique combines a gentle touch with mindful attention to thoughts and feelings. It’s a form of “emotional acupuncture” or “mindful acupressure” that stimulates traditional Chinese acupuncture points. However, EFT uses gentle tapping on these points instead of needles, as in acupuncture. Doing so facilitates the release of disrupting emotions that may burden our hearts and rob us of vitality. Once released, we become more resilient and able to cope with the challenges at hand.

It is now a scientific fact that our body, mind, and emotions are intimately connected. When we apply EFT to core emotional issues and topics that aggravate and resolve them, we experience relief. Our thoughts, feelings, and bodily responses all shift accordingly to express that relief, and the outcome is healing.

If you like to enjoy the benefit of EFT, the next step is to schedule a free, no-obligation half-hour consultation in which we determine the best course of action. You can either call me at 617.564.0707 or email me at avinoam01@gmail.com.

Never discontinue your medical care without first talking with your doctor. Emotional Freedom Technique CANNOT and WILL NOT substitute for medical or psychological care or treatment.
