Osho’s Kundulini Meditation




There are four parts to this meditation:

  1. Standing, with knees, bent a little, and simply move the body up and down in a shaking movement. 15 minutes long.
  2. Move the body and dance in a non-rythmical way. Movements should flow unintentionally. 15 minutes long.
  3. Either sit down or stand for this part. 15 minutes long.
  4. Part four is silent. You can either sit or lay down. You will hear a gong sound at the end of these 15 minutes to signal the meditation is over.
