EFT is a safe and easy-to-master technique. It can be learned quickly and applied anywhere and anytime. It combines a gentle touch with mindful attention to thoughts and feelings. It’s a form of “emotional acupuncture” or “mindful acupressure” that involves the stimulation of traditional Chinese acupuncture points. However, instead of using needles, as in acupuncture, EFT uses a technique of gentle tapping on these points. This facilitates the release of harmful emotions, energetic imbalances, and blockages that may have contributed to the illness in the first place. Then the innate healing capacity of your body is revived, and the body is more resilient.

It is now a scientific fact that our body, mind, and emotions are intimately connected. When we apply EFT to core issues and topics that aggravate us, we resolve and heal them and experience relief. Our thoughts, our feelings, and our bodily responses all shift accordingly to express that relief, and the outcome is healing. EFT allows us to release and transform the way feelings such as guilt, fear, grief, shame, and anger affect our bodies and our health.
