Immersion Program — In-Person or Online
Resolving trauma does not have to be a lifelong process.
Different therapeutic approaches are designed to achieve different outcomes. What makes the Rapid Trauma Solution unique is its focus on the subconscious mind—where emotional patterns, memories, and beliefs are stored.
While many traditional approaches primarily engage the rational, conscious mind, this work goes deeper—working directly with the part of the mind that drives emotional responses and long-standing patterns.
15-Hour Intensive Individualized Recovery Program:
The Rapid Trauma Solution is designed as a focused, goal-oriented process. Its condensed format is one of the key reasons for its effectiveness.
Deep and lasting change is difficult to achieve in traditional 50-minute sessions—or even in longer, spaced-out appointments. This program is structured differently, allowing us to work with greater continuity, depth, and momentum.
The program includes a total of 15 hours, divided into two main segments.
The first is Breakthrough Day—a single, uninterrupted day of focused work, totaling 7.5 hours (five sessions). This immersive format allows us to cover significant mental and emotional ground and begin creating meaningful shifts right away.
The second segment consists of the remaining five sessions. For best results, these are often scheduled in blocks of two back-to-back sessions, helping to maintain continuity and reinforce progress.
This process is designed to produce meaningful, real-time results—often beginning on the very first day. We start by identifying and resolving the core emotional patterns at the root of the trauma. From there, the follow-up sessions focus on stabilizing those changes and supporting lasting behavioral and emotional transformation.
Trauma and The Subconscious Mind
Trauma is not just something that happened—it’s something that was learned and stored.
When we work with the subconscious mind, we can access the original moment when that pattern was formed—often early in life—when your sense of safety, identity, or meaning shifted.
I call this the Initial Sensitizing Event (ISE).
By returning to that moment, we use the same mental pathway that created the pattern to change it—replacing the old response with one that is more supportive, adaptive, and aligned with your current life.
The power of hypnotherapy lies in its ability to safely access the original trauma pattern—at the level where it was formed.
When we revisit the experience from a new perspective, we change its meaning. And when the meaning changes, the response changes. As the new meaning replaces the old, the pattern begins to dissolve—along with the limitations and suffering it once created.
This is the heart of the process.
