In-Person Program

Resolving trauma does not have to be a lifelong process.

What makes the Rapid Trauma Solution unique is its focus on the subconscious mind — where emotional patterns, memories, and beliefs are stored. Most approaches to trauma work through conscious reflection and insight. The Rapid Trauma Solution works at a different level entirely, directly with the part of the mind that drives emotional responses and long-standing patterns.

Trauma and The Subconscious Mind

Trauma is not just something that happened—it’s something that was learned and stored in our nervous system.

The Rapid Trauma Solution is designed as a focused, goal-oriented process. Its condensed format is one of the key reasons for its effectiveness.

Deep and lasting change is difficult to achieve in traditional 50-minute sessions and spaced-out appointments. This program is structured differently, allowing us to work with greater continuity, depth, and momentum.

The program includes 15 hours over three consecutive days.

Hypnotherapy for cancer wellness

How Effective is Hypnotherapy for Healing Trauma?

The power of hypnotherapy lies in its ability to safely access the original trauma pattern—at the level where it was formed.

When we revisit the experience from a new perspective, we change its meaning. And when the meaning changes, the response changes. As the new meaning replaces the old, the pattern begins to lose its hold—and with it, the responses and limitations it once produced.

This is the heart of the process.

Questions About the Rapid Trauma Solution

  • Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please provide 24 hours notice. The total fee will be billed for any canceled appointment without 24 hours notice.

  • I do not release any information without written authorization, except as required by law. All of your details, the nature of your visit, and your identity will remain confidential according to current Federal Regulations known as HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

  • Traditional trauma therapy typically works through the conscious mind using reflection, narrative, and insight. It can take years of weekly sessions to produce meaningful change, and many people find that insight does not translate into lasting relief. The Rapid Trauma Solution works at the subconscious level, where trauma is actually stored as emotional patterns, physical responses, and distorted beliefs. Using clinical hypnotherapy and Regression to Cause, the program identifies and resolves the original experiences that created those patterns rather than managing their symptoms at the surface.

  • The program addresses a wide range of traumatic experiences including childhood trauma, medical trauma, loss, grief, PTSD, relational trauma, and the psychological impact of serious illness. The common thread is not the type of event but where it lives: in the subconscious patterns of response that continue to shape a person's emotional life, nervous system, and behavior long after the event itself has passed.

  • Trauma is maintained by layers of compounding experience that build on each other from an early sensitizing event forward. Addressing those layers requires sustained continuity and depth. Traditional weekly sessions interrupt that continuity and reset the emotional context each time. The three-day intensive format maintains momentum and allows the work to go progressively deeper within a single contained process, which is why it produces results that weekly therapy often cannot.

  • Research in psychoneuroimmunology has documented a direct relationship between unresolved trauma, chronic nervous system activation, and suppressed immune function. When the body remains in a sustained stress response due to unresolved traumatic patterns, immune function is measurably compromised. Studies have also linked unresolved trauma to increased rates of autoimmune conditions, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. Resolving trauma at its source reduces the chronic physiological burden that makes the body more vulnerable to illness.

  • Yes. In fact, the combination of a cancer diagnosis and pre-existing unresolved trauma creates a compounded psychological burden that has a measurable effect on how the body responds to treatment. Addressing both the trauma and the fear and helplessness associated with the diagnosis supports the nervous system and immune function simultaneously. Many clients going through cancer treatment have found this work to be the most important support they received alongside their medical care.
